For more than three decades, Health Net Federal Services (HNFS) partnered with the Department of Defense to provide health care services to those who serve and their family members. As of Jan. 1, 2025, HNFS is no longer a contractor for the TRICARE West Region.
HNFS has provided TriWest Healthcare Alliance (TriWest)—the T-5 TRICARE West Region contractor—with all required historical data for health care services delivered from Jan. 1, 2018–Dec. 31, 2024. This includes claims, referrals, authorizations, and clinical records. Both TriWest and the Defense Health Agency confirmed the data was accurate, complete, and met or exceeded all requirements. If you need TRICARE West Region customer service support, please visit www.tricare.mil/west for contact information.
