Requesting a TRICARE Enrollment Card

TRICARE enrollment cards may be requested online through the Beneficiary Web Enrollment website if you are enrolled in one of the following programs:

  • TRICARE Prime
  • TRICARE Prime Remote
  • TRICARE Prime Remote for Active Duty Family Members
  • TRICARE Young Adult

For Active Duty Service Members:

For TRICARE Reserve Select and TRICARE Retired Reserve Beneficiaries:

  • Call 877-TRICARE (877-874-2273) to request a replacement card.

For TRICARE Standard and TRICARE For Life Beneficiaries:

  • TRICARE enrollment cards will not be issued. Uniformed service ID cards or Common Access Cards (CACs) may be used as proof of TRICARE eligibility. 

If you have recently enrolled, you will receive your new enrollment card within 7–10 business days. If you lost your TRICARE enrollment card, you can request a new card through Beneficiary Web Enrollment. You will receive your replacement card within 7–10 business days.

If you need proof of coverage before receiving your new enrollment card, you may print a temporary enrollment card.
